How to order?
The best way to order your book(s) is by filling in the order form and press send. Alternatively you can download and print the order form and send your order to us by e-mail, fax or post. You will receive a pro forma invoice with an order number. Payment needs to be made by international bank transfer to the account listed on the invoice and including your order number. It is also possible to pay by bank cheque. However, this involves additional costs (17 euro) and 2-4 weeks of processing by the bank. Please note that a pro forma invoice requires that payment is received before the book(s) are dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Postage and package costs depend upon destination.
Prices are given in euros. At your request it is possible to pay in US dollars. To cover banking costs a 5% surcharge will be added to the total price in euros for all payments in US dollars.

* Any additional book within the same order involves approximately 3 euro extra per book. For orders above 10 books bulk prices apply, including free shipment.

Delivery Policy
1. You will receive a pro forma invoice after you have send us your order.
2. The pro forma invoice will give you an order number and the total costs of your order. The shipment costs mentioned on this website are indicative only as costs of distributors change over time. Banking costs are not listed on the website or on the pro forma invoice because they vary considerably among countries. All banking costs (i.e. domestic and foreign) will be borne by the customer.
3. Only after receiving your payment, the order will be dispatched. The indicated delivery time starts from here. Delivery times to the US can take longer due to extensive checks within the US postal system.
4. Upon inspection a refund will be made if the book(s) are damaged.
5. Your contact details will not be revealed to any third parties, apart from the distributor.
6. By sending your order you agree with the delivery policy.

Returns Policy: Your right to cancel your order
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7 days of delivery.

To cancel this contract, please write to Sustainability in Finance, Regentesselaan 87, 3571CC Utrecht, The Netherlands within seven days of receipt of the book(s) and quoting the order number and date from the delivery slip that accompanies your book(s), giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip within 30 days. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the book(s) to us unless we delivered the book(s) to you in error or the book(s) are faulty. If we do not receive the book(s) back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the book(s) from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
